Submit any of the following:

  1. Certificate of Employment with compensation (issued in the last 6 months), or
  2. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), or
  3. Latest pay slip within the past 3 months

SELF-EMPLOYED 

  1. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), and
  2. Latest 3 years Audited Financial Statement (AFS)
  3. Proof of Business Ownership (if there is changes in business details)

Note: Kindly provide a Certificate of Full Payment for any fully settled Loans and/or Cards, if available.

  1. To be eligible for a Credit Limit Increase, you must have had your Security Bank Credit Card for at least 1 year
  2. If you've recently received a Credit Limit Increase, you'll be able to reapply after 9 months
  3. If you've recently applied for a Credit Limit increase, please reapply after 6 months
  4. After you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly allow up to 5 banking days for review and approval.
  5. Should your request be approved, the final approved amount will still be subject to review and evaluation, and may differ from the amount you initially requested.

  • Please expect your enrollment to electronic SOA (eSOA) to be processed within the next banking day. Once enrolled, you will receive your eSOA to your registered email address on your next billing cut-off.

Important Reminders
  • For paper SOA request, a statement of account fee amounting to PHP50 per page will be charged on your next billing statement.

  • When reporting a lost or stolen credit card, please be reminded of the Bank’s Credit Card Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

  • Please expect your credit card replacement to be delivered to your registered billing address within 7-10 banking days (Metro Manila) or 10-14 banking days (Provincial areas).
  • Kindly prepare 1 valid Primary ID or 2 secondary ID for verification upon delivery of your credit card replacement.

Important Reminders
The "Complete your Online ADA Request" form is for cardholders who previously completed the first step of their online Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) request: submitted the initial ADA Enrollment Form via Docusign and received SMS notification to continue the process.

IMPORTANT: To successfully complete your online Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) request for your Security Bank Credit Card, please take note of the following:
  1. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate.
  2. The online form shall be submitted within three (3) banking days from the date you receive the SMS notification. Otherwise, your ADA request will be cancelled, and you will need to re-apply.
  3. All requests are subject to verification and validation.

·You will be charged with a PHP400 credit card replacement fee to your account which will reflect on your next billing statement.
·Your credit card replacement will contain the account name in our records.
·If you are currently enrolled in other auto-payment programs outside Security Bank, we recommend reaching out to the respective merchants or banks to re-apply/link your credit card replacement.
·If for any reason, your registered billing address is not serviceable for the delivery of your credit card replacement, please expect an email or SMS notification on how to claim your card.
